This THREE DAY retreat for just 4 participants will be an immersive experience designed to benefit from the receptive and reflective qualities of clay in a nurturing, positive environment. Aimed for those with no experience or plenty, it’s an opportunity to spend 3 absorbing days where we can settle into clay time and work with the material qualities of clay. This is something I’ve been aiming to deliver for a long time; a combination of making and spiritual retreat with a small group. It’s a joy for me to offer this course in my home town of Frome.
I will bring my background in arts education and supportive listening to offer a contemplative and nourishing space to review your practice through delivered exercises and creative play. The retreat aims to hold you safely and expansively regardless of your faith/ spiritual background. Open to all creatives of any faith or none.
We will be in the lovely setting of the stone built mediaeval Round Tower at Black Swan Arts. Right in the heart of Frome, with adjacent cafe and right next door to my studio. Park and Ride just across the road.
Frome is a small but fascinating town with a rich history and vibrant creative community. We’re well served with good coffee shops and airbnb accommodation.
